After 17 years at Kitomba, including the last three years as CEO, Kitomba co-founder Al Quinn will be leaving the company at the end of the year.
We’re so excited to announce that Mike Henton has been chosen as his successor. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, most recently working within the health and leisure sector. Mike said,
“I am really excited to be joining the Kitomba team. Al will be a hard act to follow, but I look forward to jumping into the challenge of building on the successes the business has had to date.”
Al was very hands on in choosing our new CEO to make sure whoever took over the role would be a great fit for our team and our customers. Al said,
“I have known Mike for a number of years and watched as he has grown Jonas Leisure. Over that time we have often bounced ideas off each other and I have always been impressed by his approach and his insight. I am excited to see him take over the helm at Kitomba and bring his enthusiasm and energy to our industry.”
Al has done so much for Kitomba over the years and we wish him all the best for his new adventure.
