We hope 2023 is off to a wonderful start for you! We are excited for 2023, especially for our brand new salon space which has been pushed back to March, but we promise it will be worth the wait! We are excited to share with you our newest team member Suzanne!

Suzanne is our Creative Director and Salon Manager and she is a phenomenal hairstylist with 25 years of experience. 

Suzanne has extensive experience in educating high-end, world class hairdressers.

In more than 25 years she has built a lot of experience in all aspects the art of hairstyling. Suzanne has won awards in Europe and has trained many apprentices in the business to become outstanding hair stylists.

Suzanne has a passion for everything that is happening in the hair salon and puts the client first – always.

Suzanne has worked in the Netherlands for Cosmo Hairstyling and Wave International. Here she was constantly involved with the newest high quality European products, hairstyling techniques and fashion shows. She took all this experience and shared this knowledge with her customers and peers.

In addition to providing training, Suzanne has a passion for colouring, cutting long and short hair. She applies cutting-edge new techniques to create incredible and flawless styles.

Furthermore, she advises on and applies hair extensions and finally she is also very talented with creating updo’s for that special occasion.

Her most important thing while working with clients is ‘listening’; “what do you want? And if you are not sure I’ll give advice and show what the options are. Because it is all about you!”

“I think -and teach- that as a hairdresser you also are a beauty specialist who gives advise over which products to use and what to do at home to keep you shinning every day.”

We cannot wait for you to meet her and experience the incredible service she provides.

We are excited for our brand new service here at Ms Monaco Hair Society! We are now a Yovanka Loria Hair Extension Specialist and we are currently looking for Models to help us. Update to our Trading Hours

With the new salon opening soon, from the 6th March we will be closing on a Monday and will be back trading Tuesday to Saturday. This allows are team to all be together in our new space.

Sam's days have recently changed for appointments. She will now be working every second week on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you would like to see Sam - you will need to book ahead of time. If you aren't able to book in with Sam, we highly recommend our Creative Director Suzanne. Suzanne is incredible and we have full trust that you will love her services as much as you do Sam's. 

Update to our Booking Policy:

We have recently seen an increase in clients not responding to our attempts to confirm your appointments. Please make sure you respond to our SMS confirmation messages to ensure we can accomodate our bookings. 

We have recently seen an increase in the number of people ‘ghosting us’ by not replying to their SMS messages or calling us to cancel. Unfortunately this has a great impact on our business as well as our waitlist. Due to this increase, it has resulted in us having to implement the following policy around ghosted messages: If you don't respond after numerous attempts to contact you within 48 hours, you will forfeit your booking fee. Any appointments that are unattended or ‘no show’ will be required to pay 50% of their non attended appointment fee as well as a booking fee for your next appointment. 

To secure your appointment you can pay your booking fee online, by simply following the prompts through the booking button which is linked for you. It's quick and easy and automatically allocated to your client card. 

We thank you for your understanding in why we have had to resort to this policy being implemented and we hope that moving forward we can have more success with our confirmations being responded to.
