Welcome to Tranquillo’s end of year Christmas news. It’s already December, how did that happen? This year has gone fast but it has certainly been a delightful one.  

 

 I sincerely want to thank everyone who continues to support us. We have wonderful clients who we engage with daily, and many have been loyal to Tranquillo for a long time. We appreciate you all! 

 

 It’s been quite a year hasn’t it, so I hope you all have a restful break over summer whether it be further afield or as a staycation here in Tauranga. We don’t have to go anywhere with our stunning beaches and lovely region do we? I am already imagining the happy reunions of the family who were kept apart by the pandemic the past few years, it will be a delightful time for many. For people who find this festive period difficult though please take loving care of yourselves with some TLC and treats and reach out to someone if you need to.  

 

Tranquillo have had some staff changes and we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It takes time to build trust and friendship with your therapist and we appreciate it can be a bit disjointing to move to someone new. Like most businesses we have been dealing with Covid and are juggling family and other commitments. We are also so sad to see Marti leave us to move to Christchurch but are excited for her next journey in life. We wish Marti and Scott the absolute best. 

 

Tranquillo welcomes Jessica who moved up from Wellington to join us. This is a wonderful opportunity for her to be closer to family and friends. New therapist Kia is on a working holiday visa from England and she has had great experience around spas, resorts, and hotels. We love having her on board and she has fitted in so well. Many will have met Shari by now, she is a mother of two who is busy with her family and their activities. 

                          

 

 

Christmas is a time to celebrate so we have excellent Gift Voucher options that are extremely popular for friends, family, colleagues and as gifts, end of year prizes/thank you gifts. Or perhaps you deserve a treat or pamper session for the festive season These suit everyone so don’t be shy to give them to a wonderful man in your life for a massage or an elderly parent who may enjoy a bit of pampering. Check them out: 

 

 

 

Just a gentle reminder that we require 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you feel a sniffle coming on the day before then please ring and reschedule. Reminders are sent by text to your mobile or email the day before your scheduled treatment time so if you cannot make your appointment, let us know ASAP. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for less than 12 hours' notice of cancellation or for not attending your scheduled appointment. 

Our Christmas hours are:  Our last day open before Christmas will be the 24th,     then we are open between Christmas and New years on the December 28th, 29th and 30th,   and back to our regular days from January 4th.
