Onlien support newsletter feature

What’s new in Kitomba

6 May 2015 by Paul Gray

The team have been busy working on this month’s improvements which are all focused on the way you interact with Kitomba. Feature requests, a searchable online knowledge base, requesting help online and referring friends in Kitomba One are all included. Take a look at what we’ve been working on:

Online Support & Community

We’ve improved the way (i) we share our support material, (ii) how you can view & log help requests and (iii) how you request and prioritise new feature requests. All these new goodies are inside Kitomba One.

Knowledge base

The Kitomba team love providing the best support to our knowledge base blog postcustomers and we’re always trying to find new ways to enhance your experience. That’s why we’ve added an Online Support page in Kitomba One. Here you’ll find the knowledge base which is full of Kitomba’s support guides. While we were at it, we’ve made them searchable (like Google), categorised them so you can easily find what you’re after, plus there’s now more of them and they’re even more user friendly. No more lugging around a user manual and all the information is at your fingertips when you need it. To access the Online Support page, just click the ‘Support’ button in Kitomba One.

Feature requests

We want to build you the best salon & spa Communitysoftware and we need your help. Our new community section lets you put forward feature requests, publicly vote, see and comment on other’s great ideas. Plus, you’ll be able to see what new features we’re working on – brilliant!

We read all of the requests that come through – every single one! And we take it seriously; industry feedback has always been the main driver of changes and improvements to Kitomba since our beginning. So get active in the Kitomba community and let’s get the ideas flowing! Click the ‘Community’ button on the Online Support page to get started.

Request helprequest help blog

Have a Kitomba question? Our awesome support team will have the answer. On the Online support page, you’ll see the big ‘Request help’ button. If you’re having some trouble finding the answer you want in our support guides, just click ‘Request help,’ fill out the details and we’ll get back to you right away. You can log help requests at any time, and get the answer back in writing. You can also view your previous help requests. Talk about service!

Get free Kitomba

Our customers are always sharing with their friends how much they love using Kitomba. Starting today, every time you refer a friend to Kitomba you’ll get one free month (they’ll get a free month too!). It’s easy, just click the ‘Get free Kitomba’ link in Kitomba One and share with your friends via email, Facebook or Twitter. And don’t forget you’re not limited to referring just one friend. New look blog

If you haven’t already noticed, you’re looking at our last change. It’s our new look blog! Every month thousands of people read our blog and we wanted to make it more user friendly so you can find the things that interest you. Take a look through the different categories, search for a topic you’re interested in, see the most popular articles and subscribe to receive the freshest content. Love it! Don’t forget if you find an article that you like, share it with your friends.

We hope you love these new enhancements as much as we do! Check them out and let us know what you think. If you want to find out more about these enhancements, join us on Monday 11 May for our free webinar. You’ll have the chance to ask and listen in to others questions. If you can’t make it you can still register and we’ll send you a recording. Register now!
