Hair and beauty businesses in Victoria, Australia, have had a particularly tough year. They’ve experienced lengthy closures and some businesses have been unable to access support. Because of this, our partner, Hair Aid has stepped up to support Victorians who need assistance by raising money for the Hearts for Vic campaign.
We at Kitomba want to help them make Hearts for Vic as successful as possible. That’s why we’ve already made a donation to this worthy cause, and we’re asking our Kitomba family to support this campaign in any way you can.
What is Hearts for Vic?
Hearts for Vic is collecting donations to provide support for those in need throughout Victoria. Hair and beauty businesses can apply for assistance and there’s also the option to apply on behalf of someone in Victoria that you know needs help. Donations will continue to be needed until all hair and beauty businesses in Victoria can trade again.
How does it work?
Victorian hairdressers in genuine need of help, whether it be financial or for wellness, can apply for assistance from Hearts for Vic by completing the form available on the Hearts for Vic page. All applications are reviewed externally from the hair industry, and remain anonymous.
