Here at Kitomba having the best software isn’t enough for us. Keeping you happy and supported is just as important, so we promise you the best service too!

We’re sure you know how to get in contact with us:

  1. Give us a call
  2. Send us an email
  3. Log an issue with us via the support tab
  4. Get in touch on social media

We always want it to be super easy for you to get in contact with us, which is why web chat is now available in Kitomba 1.

Here’s why we’ve made this change:  

  • So you can chat to us even when you have clients in the salon.
  • It allows you to keep your phone line free for clients.
  • We offer the same level of support whether you call or web chat us.  
  • Web chats are recorded just like calls and emails, so we always know what’s happening.

Web chat is available during these hours (NZ Time):

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 12am midnight
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

You can find web chat on the top right of your smartphone or tablet, otherwise check out the bottom of your desktop screen for the web chat tab:
