Repeat Appointments makes it easy to create multiple appointments in just a few clicks. It’s perfect for booking in all the visits required to complete a treatment plan, or for booking your regular clients in for a whole year of appointments. Whether you need to make five appointments or 50, you can do it all in Kitomba 1.
How it works
Create a whole series of appointments in a few easy steps:
- In Kitomba 1, select the appointment you’d like to repeat.
- Click the ‘Repeat appt’ button and choose how often you’d like the appointment to repeat and when to stop repeating.
- Kitomba 1 will then create all the appointments and add them to your calendar. Plus it will also let you know if there are any scheduling conflicts.
It really is as simple as that!

You’ll also notice there’s a new tab on the Kitomba 1 appointment book sidebar. All future appointments are now located under the new Upcoming tab. Any appointment conflicts will be marked with a warning symbol, and you can use the filter checkbox if you want to only see appointments with conflicts.
