We’ve made some changes to staff selection in Online Booking. Why? Many of you provided some great feedback on the way it functioned and we realised it wasn’t working as well as it should be – thanks for speaking up!
What it was:
Before today, the staff selection option was displayed on the same screen as the day and time calendar. You found some of your clients focused on their appointment time and didn’t always see ‘choose your staff’. With ‘anyone’ set as the default, this caused issues for those clients who wanted to book with a specific stylist or therapist.
What it is now:
We’ve made a cool change to make things even better for your clients! Now they’ll have to select a staff member (don’t worry the option to select ‘anyone’ is still available) before being able to move to the next step of choosing a day and time.
