New look for Kitomba!

17 Nov 2016 by Kitomba

For the past few months our team has been working on some really exciting Kitomba changes. Despite the recent New Zealand earthquake and not being able to safely access the Wellington office, our development and test teams have been working from their homes to complete the latest Kitomba release for you.

So over the next few weeks, you’re going to notice some pretty major differences in Kitomba!

Here’s what’s going to change:

  1. New! Kitomba 1 tab
  2. Kitomba Reports tab
  3. Kitomba Help tab

Here’s the details:

Brand new! Kitomba 1 Tab

Now Kitomba 1 has it’s own tab in Kitomba. We wanted to make it as easy as possible to access all the Kitomba 1 features. And now it takes just one click to log in, all you need is your password. Get in touch with our support team if you need help logging in.

Reports Tab Improvements

The reports tab has had a total overhaul and after testing it with some of our customers who love it, we think you’re going to love it too!

Not only that, but we’ve added some sweet functionality. We’ve made this change because Kitomba has the best reporting in the business. In fact we have reports for anyone, any business and anything. So we’ve made some changes to make finding the report you need much easier:

  • ‘My frequently run reports’ are your top five most used reports. Now you can find them quickly!
  • Our new search function is awesome! Type in what you’re wanting to report on or the name of a report and Kitomba will suggest the perfect reports for you to use. You might even learn about a new one!
  • ‘Recommended’ reports are those that Kitomba thinks all businesses would benefit from using.
  • ‘Popular’ are reports most used by Kitomba customers, so give one a go!

New Help Tab

Having the best software isn’t enough for us. Keeping you happy and supported is just as important, so we promise you the best service too. To compliment this, we’ve redesigned the Help Tab and allowed for easy access to all these resources:

  1. Visit our Knowledge base for searchable how to support guides for any Kitomba feature.
  2. Sign up for Kitomba University online training.
  3. Submit a feature request to the Kitomba Community.
  4. Contact details to get in touch with us. You can now also web chat us from Kitomba!
  5. Stay up to date with our Facebook page and blog.
  6. See our service performance stats for the month.
