Stocktake in Kitomba 1 is almost here! Keeping on top of your stock will be speedy and seamless thanks to our new Kitomba 1 Stocktake feature, enabling you to use your phone or tablet for paperless (and pain-free) inventory management.
With Stocktake in Kitomba 1, you can:
- Adjust stock levels directly into Kitomba 1 from your phone or tablet.
- Create a list by category to stocktake by product range.
- Perform one-off adjustments for small changes.
- Save trees by going paperless during your stocktake process.
This feature is available to Platinum and Diamond customers.
When will I receive this functionality?
We’ll be updating all our customers’ software slowly over the next little while—if you can’t yet see the option to Stocktake in Kitomba 1, you will be able to soon!
You’ll receive a message from us before and immediately after we update your Kitomba 1 to let you know when the functionality is ready for you to use.

Who can use Stocktake?
The Stocktake feature in Kitomba 1 is available to Platinum and Diamond customers. You’ll find it under the Manage tab in the main menu.
