Why did you create REACH.ai?
Patrick said: “We created REACH.ai because we realised that there were a lot of manual tasks that salon owners were doing that could be automated. Therefore, we founded REACH.ai so that these processes could be automated for salon owners giving them more time to focus on other aspects of their businesses.”
How does REACH.ai work?
“REACH.ai works by looking at the Kitomba appointment book and when it sees an opening it will aim to fill it. It does this by scanning your customer database and looking at each client individually to find the best match between what time of the day suits them, what staff member they usually see, and what service they get done to ensure those openings are filled appropriately.
“This enables your staff to be able to focus on what’s important like your clients that are in the salon, because REACH.ai’s system operates automatically. So you don’t need to look at the Kitomba platform or the REACHai dashboard continuously.”
Patrick added: “We’ve also launched another feature called Reputation AI, which sends automated emails to your regular clients immediately after their appointment asking them to rate their experience out of five stars and provide feedback.
“The feedback is sent to the salon to respond to, and if their review is positive (4-5 stars), they will be invited to publish their review on Google. If their review is three stars or less, they will be prompted to get in touch with the salon to address their concerns or leave a review on Google, giving the salon the opportunity to address negative feedback quickly.”
What feedback have you received from your customers?
“We’ve received great feedback from people using REACH.ai. Many salon owners have told us that REACH.ai has saved their staff so much time because they can focus on making their clients feel beautiful instead of focusing on how to keep the appointment book filled,” Patrick explained.
“Additionally on average people who use REACH.ai are seeing about a 10x return on investment for their monthly subscription, so we know that it pays for itself, but it also allows your staff to focus on the important things, like their clients.”
